Hi LAurie,

No, in my opinion you were not wrong.
But this is the same thing I find to be so hard.
Just worked with a mother who thought that feeding her baby only when SHE
thought it was convenient was enough to make her baby thrive and grow etc.
Several opportunity's for a good feed went by, there I was calming the baby
because the mother was on the phone with her friend, doing her hair,
rubbing herself in with body-lotion etc. When she finally worked down her
list of who to call and other errands and she was ready to feed, the baby
was sound asleep again. This was so frustrating to watch. Explaining didn't
seem to help.

I've been there and was wondering the same.

Thanks for sharing, it made me feel a bit better knowing that I'm not the
only one.
