   I am not an hcp but I am a mother with anxiety disease - both of my
sisters have it, also. All three of us take Paxil (20 mg in the AM). I am no
longer breastfeeding but both of my sisters are and both are trying to get
pregnant right now. I have also taken Imiprimine while bf.  Paxil does cause
fatigue in the beginning but once the body adjusts that usually isn't a
problem anymore.
    This mother's OB needs to understand that antidepressants are to
depression what insulin is to diabetes. The mother should not be forced to
choose between bf and her mental health - especially since bf can play a
positive role in her mental health (imho).
