Hello Lacnet --

I am usually a lurker, but have a question today. I have permission
to post. I have checked my 2004 Hale's and the archives, to no avail.

A mom in our group called me today to inquire about taking
methylsulfonylmethane (MSM, Osteo Bi-Flex). She wants to take it for
knee/hip pain she has from working on her feet all day. Her son is 16
months old and currently nursing about 2x/day. If anyone has any
experience with this, or can check a more recent Hale's I would be
most grateful. I will defintley be getting a newer Hale's soon!

Also, while I don't want to start more of a discussion on the
absolutley stomach-turning concept of the "Baby Borrowers" - I would
like to point out to anyone wanting to take a stand, that it is
probably far more important to contact the advertisers/sponsors.
Becasue without sponsors, the show will fail... Controversy in
general, however, may be enticing to NBC, as it garners free publicity
(good or bad, it gets people talking about the show -- which can lead
to better ratings)

A list of vendors can be found on the NBC site at
http://tinyurl.com/yw6e9h. I'm not sure how to get an actual sponsor
list without watching the show.... and I don't think I could stomach
that.

And, in other news...I just learned that Victoria's Secret is carrying
nursing bras. I doubt they are available in stores, but on-line is a
start, and I imagine if they get enough requests they will move them
in to the stores. Just wanted to share the news!

THANKS in advance for any help with the drug reference --
