Laurie, It has been recommended by several "yeast experts" that for nipples
one should use a topical cream instead of one for mucous membrane (vaginal).
My "yeast doctor" recommends one that is made for athletes foot. I guess
I'm not to say the name here but if you don't know the name contact me.

We have a crossword puzzle here: What is an 8-letter word beginning with
"L" for an topical anti-fungal product that is often used for athletes foot?

I sometimes have to reassure the mom that this cream has never been in a
locker room and has not touched the foot of even one athlete. The AF after
the name is for Anti Fungal.

Calendula gel or ointment can also be used, as calendula is anti-fungal.
