The reason for the change is that according to Hale, 10% clotrimazole is not
available in the US and difficult to get in Canada (actually not difficult,
but it often means that the pharmacist orders it specially, and they don't
seem to like to). So often they put 1% into the mixture. This dilutes the
other ingredients and results in 0.25% clotrimazole and it just isn't worth
it.
