to Jan Barger- If elimination of caffeine and chocolate had not worked for
this mother and baby, I would have worked him up for G.E. Reflux- even in the
absence of spitting up or emesis. Screaming and refusing additional feeds, in
the presence of good supply,  and when the feed is only a third or half way
complete, is a symptom of reflux ( per Marjorie Myer Palmer, Speech
Therapist, author of NOMAS scale, and the general GE medical community).  I'm
glad eliminating coffee and chocolate did the trick.

Sorry about the typo- Anne, thanks for the laughs about the english muffin- I
prefer honey wheat myself.
