Hi All,

 

I mom I am working with (who is rebuilding her milk supply and feeding
mostly ABM right now) told me that in a Dr. Sears book he recommends giving
water to exclusively ABM fed babies.  I had not heard of this before.  Mom
stated that the book said that ABM fed babies do not get enough water
because the ABM is so concentrated.

 

Thoughts?  Is this true?  This goes directly against everything I have been
taught.
