While reading my lactnet mail I occassionally get an i-mail...before I reply
I check out their profile.....only a small percentage are legit and I usually
don't reply to those that appear to not be sincere.  At first I felt very
uncomfortable...like there was someone lurking out there and invading my
privacy.  I have referred some to 1-800 #'s and LLL since I do not feel I can
adequately help them from cyberspace.  If I do reply it is to congratulate
them and tell them how important mother's milk is.
