I am looking for some information from hospital-based LCs. The hospital
where I work is planning to add a Lactation Service (we currently have
none). I am curious to find some information about the number of FTEs for
LCs. Please send me information related to how FTEs are determined in your
particular facilities. I have talked with some LCs that indicate that FTEs
were based on 1.0 FTE per 1000 births/year. If you have no other
information I would appreciate general numbers of FTEs of LCs and the number
of births/year at your hospitals regardless of how FTEs are determined.
This general knowlegde will help me write a proposal for this service that
is needed in this area.

Thank you!
