Yes - cause for concern there, for sure.  Seems a shame the mother 
has to traipse from home to paediatrician to hospital with a week-old 
baby, though......:(

Sounds like she has been doing a lot of expressing and alternative 
feeding....I would wonder about the effectiveness of the milk 
transfer and the true frequency of direct bf.  60 oz on day 5???? 
She's been with the pump more than she's been with the baby, and the 
'too miserable to nurse' rings alarm bells....why 'too miserable' 
with a baby who's 'acting alert and happy, not crying except when 
hungry, and sleeping fine'?

I think there must be something more going on there, and it might 
account for the baby's lack of stools and possible lack of weight 
gain and feeding effectiveness.
