Diane, thanks for your review of the BF Review article.  Just received my
copy and was *thrilled* to see the title, quickly flicked through it looking
for a picture (none, sigh) but haven't had time to draw breath for a good
*read* in days (except Lactnet, of course!) so I appreciate your synopsis.
My humble opinion, which I realise borders on heresy, is that bottle-feeding
*can* (in some instances) Save The Day.  I am thrilled to see a study in one
of our highly respected journals which confirms this.
