I find it interesting that the woman who has to wean for the reason of
inflammatory bowel disease also has friends with the same issues.  who has
diagnosed the women?  what are the symptoms they're experiencing?

Prolactin can impact gut motility, and some women report diarrhea with
letdown.  is this what these mothers are experiencing?
