    According to a post by Dr. Saenz within the last year or so the normal
prolactin level for a breastfeeding woman is 50-150 so 200 seems pretty high
for someone who isn't currently breastfeeding.  If her pituitary is okay on
imaging, is she on any meds like Reglan that could affect prolactin levels?
