What a great list!  I've only started getting mail today, but what an
informative bunch you are.  :)

I am Melissa Bernhauser, a peer counselor volunteer for our local WIC
office (who's awful typing will always be blamed on nursing at the time -
whether that's the case or not) and mother of 3 in Lakeland, FL.  I've been
peer counseling since Spring 96, with a rather large break just now ending
due to a complicated pregnancy then adjustment to having my third.  Prior
to that I was teaching breastfeeding classes, and providing in home and
telephone support for 150+ moms.  We were having many problems getting moms
interested in attending the classes, and surely will ask much about that.
I have to say I was totally delighted to see some of the *famous* experts
we use material from participate in this group.  Namely Kathleen Huggins,
and Thomas Hale, I hope to see even more as time goes on.   Thank you in
advance for all the knowledge and experiences I imagine I'll get from being
part of this group.
