HI CArol,

Thanks for explaining and enlightening me. I knew *that* was what you meant
by saying: 'some mothers need to know that they are NOT MAKING MILK BECAUSE
they are NOT SUPPLEMENTING ENOUGH and need to see some concrete evidence
that the baby
>needs more' but I just misread it. I thought that you meant 'not making
enough milk because they're supplementing and that's why the breasts
weren't stimulated enough to make enough milk. In other words it looked
like you wanted to say that 'no supplements should be given to a healthy
breastfed baby in order to make enough milk' and I misread it like one
would need to supplement a lot to make enough breastmilk (in a healthy
newborn baby with good breastfeeding management). That's why I didn't get
it, my fault, sorry :-)
