 Depends on whether you are a clipper or laser-er, LOL.  The best advice I heard was to let HCP use whichever method they are trained in and most comfortable with.  However, it does seem to me that posterior tt responds better to laser.  Maybe clippers just don't go far enough back.  Pat in SNJ
