Pseudomonas Stutzeri isolated in nipple culture. Precautions for baby?

Background: Mother now 3 months PP. Treated by CNM over the phone with diflucan 1 weeks prior to seeing me. Mother has been c/o pain since birth. No injuries on nipple. I just dipped the swab in culture medium and z tracked across the areola and nipple.

Have you every heard if this strain? Any precautions needed for the baby? Milk from the same breast culture revealed heavy staph aureous. 

Yeast culture is still pending. Opposite breast milk culture and nipple culture- negative.
