I wonder if the problem is with the IS people/programs at the hospital.  Have they changed their filtering criteria?  We had to get a "special exemption" to be able to recieve e-mails containing the word "breast" because the filter they were using to prevent employees from using their computers for personal reasons (including what might be pron) automatically kicked out anything with that "offensive" word.  Once we explained who we were and what we do, it was quickly changed to allow us to get appropriate postings.
