I have a friend who had an early baby a few weeks ago (born at maybe 35 
weeks by erroneously early C/S). Baby has been mostly finger-fed since 
birth, mom reports disorganized suck and inability to sustain suck at the 
breast. Mom has loads of milk thanks to "secret weapon" of nursing toddler! 
Family is open to trying CST to see if it will help this baby organize a 
bit - also working to rule out tongue tie. Does anyone know of a CST 
provider in the bay area? They live in Palo Alto. Also, if there are any LCs 
in the area with experience in this kind of situation, please contact me 
off-list and I will put them in touch.
