I heard parts of this interview, but not the detail about how the
post-weaning Western diet is different for sustained breastfeeders and
others. (Typically, Naomi finished nursing at this point of the
interview and talked through the rest). It does seem surprising to me,
given that most mothers who breastfeed longer are also more conscious of
diet, have less animal fat in their diet, and so on. Is there something
else that makes a difference?

Well, some other ones have been getting press too, for a change, but
this is why I'm asking Lactnet. I don't have much hope of seeing it
covered in the Fredericton papers.
