To all my lactation friends,

Is it just me or is anyone else frustrated with the return of the single phase breastpump by a particular company? We are see the "Personal breast pump" (single phase pump) being distrubuted as an adequate breast pump not only by the state insurances but now by the private insurances. I cannot say how this has changed my opinion of that company but moreover what it is doing to undermine breastfeeding.

We are seeing moms who are loosing their supply or not able to obtain adequate supply due to the single phase pump. What can be done about this? I am located in Wisconsin and since the first of the year there are more and more companies that are now giving this pump because it is less expensive and passing it off as an adequate pump.
