Does this mean one alcoholic beverage or more EVER during the time they are
breastfeeding? One or more a week? One or more a day? One or more a month?
If it is one or more during the time they breastfeed, then most of the known
world of people who were breastfed are motor impaired. Does that right itself
after one year, or does it persist?

Jan Barger, puzzled by this statement.
