I have followed several mothers taking this drug and breastfeeding
without *apparent* bad effects on the baby.  As with all drugs, very
little gets into the milk.  Again it's a question of weighing risks.
I don't suppose the gastroenterologist is aware of the decreased risk
of Crohn's disease in breastfed babies.
