There were other problems too but I thought this was a quick way of saying
things weren't going well.

But what do you do when no one knows how to express milk? I take it you mean
hand expression. Can this be taught from text descriptions? I' planning on
learning the technique first hand in April. I know a pregnant mom who will
let me learn. :-)
