It in under the name of MediLac and it is published by Skyscape.
Search iTunes for Medical Apps. It will cost you about $35 for a 2 year subscription that can update every time you turn your device on. I have it on my iPod so I have to wait for WiFi access. But it's immediate information and much less bulky to carry around than the Hale book and you don't have to search for a computer to go into LactMed. It's all written by Hale anyway, as far as I can tell.
So the next time you get a question from the Med-Surg floor of, "Can you really save the milk when she is taking tobramycin?" You can show them all the data they need - everything you would find in Hale's book. The down side is you can't make printouts. You need the book or a computer for that.

Also don't forget the app from Mass BFC which is free on iTunes or from their web site.
It also has a weight loss calculator but I haven't figured out how to enter the metric weights 'with' a decimal point. I think it was created to only enter US weights and show the metric conversion in another field, just for your info. But in hospital charts, they write metric and I need a chart to convert back to US to do the calc. It's easier to just divide the numbers. But that's my ONLY problem with that App.

Just wish we could get the two Kellymom calculator apps on iPhone or iPod. They are made solely for a PC-based product like HP's PDA. Tried asking about it - no reply.

=============

Hi Everyone,

I thought I remembered reading somewhere that Medication and Mother's Milk was
available for the iPhone.  I can't seem to find the app and I can't find
anything mentioned in our archives.

Am I imagining things?
