Our hospital is planning to discontinue distributing formula gift packs in
our continued quest to become the first BFH in Kansas. Of course, we
expect some backlash from parents and nurses. We're planning to begin to
pay for our formula also, which really shouldn't be much since we have a
75% BF initiation rate anyway. Our physicians (OB,FP, and Peds) all
support it. Any tips on dealing with this for those of you who have done
this before?

TIA
