Actually, if it is a true protein allergy, beef is right on target as is many
processed foods which contein milk proteins also.  I had a mom who worked
with an excellent gastroenterologist to continue breastfeeding her baby and
the baby had blood in stools for months.  Finally, after totally eliminating
all bovine products results were good but it took 6 weeks for all to clear
mom's system.
