A newborn baby throwing up a couple of times? But why is that considered
abnormal?  Lots of babies get rid of mucussy stuff that way...don't they?

Sorry,   but I don't see that a professional needs to be involved for
this....lots of skin-to-skin, bedding in, practice at feeding, relaxed
pampering of mother, gentle support and confidence building and overall
communication that she can help relax and introduce this baby to the world
herself would be another choice.

I have seen remarkable results with cranial osteopathy (as we call it here)
with upset babies, but the babies have been older. My approach would be to
go with what the mother can do hersef first.
