Finally getting to reply to Susan's post about the baby with eczema.
 I dont know of any homeopathy tx. As for food allergies as a contributor, maybe. Their is some evedence of increase rates of food allergies in people with eczema.
Personally I treat these babies with topical steroids, mosturizers, gentel soaps and infrequent brief lukewarm baths. I tell BF mom's of the possible food contection but leave the choice to them to try elimination diets and thell them not to go nuts with it.
Then again this baby is in Iowa. Thats where I was when my eczema and allergies first flared.
