The AAP has its Breastfeeding and the Use of Human Milk Policy, Dec 1997 on
the AAP web site at  www.aap.org/policy/re9729.html
There is no "hypoglycemia" AAP statement since it was part of a routine
screening policy statement in 1993 (they said don't do routine screenings
except for high risk infants).  The hypoglycemia protocol is on the Academy
of Breastfeeding Medicine website at www.bfmed.org
