Marsha W and Dr. Jay have commented on something we've seen already as a
side effect of this study being published. I just posted yesterday about
our newly opened milk bank here in Indiana. Now we have a prominent
neonatologist sending out his synopsis of the study with the suggestion that
the milk bank isn't a good idea or needed. There are those who
unfortunately lay in wait to ambush breastfeeding and the provision of human
milk. It didn't take them long to jump on a platform and start using this
study as ammunition! Dr Jay said that those who are common sense-ologists
will ignore this study. Wishing we had a few more of them in Indiana!
Marsha
