I am posting this question on behalf of our hospital's lactation
consultant, for whom I have been scanning this list.
I believe the subject has been discussed, but have not
been able to subject-search the archives of this list.
She is seeking material appropriate to give to a mother
she is advising whose baby is having colic type symptoms
including gassiness and spitting up after feedings.
She believes the situation to be that described by
Woolridge and Fisher in Lancet 2:8607 1988 pp 382-384.
If you have handouts or other info that would be useful
in this situation, can you share them with her?
