I didn't even know food fraud existed. Who knew there were counterfeit tomatoes? While formula fraud is not a top category, its results can be the most dangerous. Interesting and informative article, not just the part about formula.

P.S. Humans are not the only animals that manipulate the environment. Every beaver that built a dam manipulated its environment. Male bears will uproot saplings to impress the ladies. Elephants can kill a tree by stripping all of its leaves. Termites build huge mounds. Wood peckers can destroy the trees that feed them. Birds take twigs, leaves, moss, etc to build nests. It's all over the animal kingdom. We are just the only ones who prefer to drink the milk of another species, to our own detriment.
