The hypothetical situation: Mom cannot afford to buy a breast pump.
There are no resources in her community for a free or low cost breast
pump. She is not willing to hand express. She *must* return to work and
*must* be separated from her baby.

The options:
1) Is it better for a mom to receive a free breastpump from an ABM
company (or a coupon for a rebate on a pump) knowing that
inappropriate educational materials may be included with the pump.

or

2) Is it better for her to *not* receive one at all.

What's your opinion?
