Where can I find out more about this? I didn't find any info in Lawrence or
Riordan and had no luck using Google Scholar either. I have just been asked
about this very situation (preterm labor @32 wks, baby still in utero,
apparent lactogenesis II) and the mother wants to know what might happen
when the baby is born. How poor is the prognosis for her lactation at term?
Will she be essentially trying to relactate, or can she expect some form of
lactogenesis to happen again and help her out?
