Did she fill out all the questions on the product registration cards when she
bought her carseat / crib / mobile / etc etc?    I used to send these in all
the time automatically, obedient cub that I was; for some reason I used to
believe that unless you did so you voided your warranty, which, at least in
New York State, is false.  Now that I have realized that they are nothing but
a way for them to sell my name to more different parasites I throw them all in
the trash!
