I have been subscribing for awhile but this is my first posting.
I work for the Public Health Department in Contra Costa County.  I
am the breastfeeding coordinator for our WIC program and
breastfeeding specialist for the county's Family, Maternal and Child
Health Programs.

We are planning a one-day breastfeeding conference on January
25, 2001.  One of our afternoon sessions will be a panel discussion
about cultural influences on breastfeeding practices.  I would like to
contact someone from the Laotian or Vietnamese community in
the San Francisco Bay Area who has experience in lactation
support.
