A huge thanks to all of you who responded to my question about the baby w. a
congenital heart defect, Tetralogy of Fallot, who was not gaining weight.
 You all had similar opinions and they were all quite helpful!
The mother began to pump w. an 015 and began supplementing her baby at breast
w. an SNS - the baby loves breastfeeding with that SNS!!  She immediately
began to gain weight and is doing very well!
Unfortunately the mother hasn't been able to pump as much as she needs to and
is still using some ABM.  However,  she is much happier and relieved and will
continue to cut down on ABM and use whatever EBM she has pumped in the SNS.
You guys are such a great resource  - thanks again!
