The purse speaks louder than anything else.  Are your deliveries down?  Are 
mom s going to the Other hospital because they get better care?  Are moms 
telling management that they prefer rooming in ?  Letters from moms can 
amzingly cause changes!  Especially from parents who aren't happy with the 
care they got.  Patient satisfaction is the be all and end all nowdays!  You 
need to get a subversive campaign underway :-)  I'm always telling moms who 
are unhappy to write a letter.  You need your local BF support group to 
help.  They can say things you can't :-)  Pat in SNJ
