Brenda, Having been suffering from a very painful plugged duct for the past
two days I would have been delighted to have had something like the
gel-filled packs that could be for hot or cold use.  I have something that
is probably similar its a rectangle gel filled reusable hot/cold gel pack I
bought from a birthi8ng supply catalog before the birth of my last baby for
use on the perineum.          think I'll look into what your talking about
