I stocked all our WIC clinics with breastfeeding pillows years ago.  I
still use them a lot---I put them *behind* the mother's back to help her
recline further in our Ikea poang chairs.  With the pillow behind she is
able to recline comfortably to allow baby to be completely supported by her
body. I need to get some regular pillows now for use under her arms.
