I think we need to be careful when speaking of "cow's milk" vs "cow's milk
formula" in terms of toxins.  I understood that most of the animal fat was
removed from the cow's milk (thus the toxins, which are usually fat-bound)
when it was used to create formula - then a vegetable oil is added.  Each
company has their own secret way, but that was my understanding.  This
would explain the low levels of toxins as they would identify fats low in
toxins to make the formula.  

Still, the points others have made of the benefits outweighing the
negatives of toxins still can be made - but we should be correct in our
descriptions of the way formula is made.
