Neonates have breast enlargement b/c of maternal hormone prior to delivery.
If the mom isn't taking high dose birth control pills or exposed to any
other form of estrogen orally ( or parenterally) this is physiologic breast
engorgement and IS NORMAL.  Pedi is confused!
