Hi all!

I have a mom who is concerned about her 13 month old daughter. Mom is
about 8 weeks pregnant and 13 mo is still nursing quite a bit. About a
week ago, mom noticed that baby seemed to be developing "breasts". The
tissue is lumpy around both breasts. She wants to know if this change
could be related to her pregnancy. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the
hormones of pregnancy lead to changes in our own breasts, couldn't it be
possible that since hormones do cross into human milk (hence the
contraindication of estrogen containing birth control pills) that the
baby could be affected in the same way? If anyone has any insights on
this please let me know! TIA
