In February, I did a talk on management of damaged nipples. Of course, one
of the common treatments is lanolin. My findings were that lanolin HAS been
shown in research studies to be helpful and so I do recommend it. It is a
moist wound healing product, as you might know.
I do NOT recommend it as a prophylactic to Prevent damage.
