One way I sort it out is how the mom comes to  me, via my office, via LLL
gp, via IBCLC work.
It's tricky because I wear several hats. LLLL, PNP, IBCLC.  I know I'm too
lax on it and Kathleen's and others' points are well taken about valuing
ourselves and what we do.
