I hesitate to say anymore about this for fear that it is making me appear to
be supportive of this product. I have no ties of affiliations to them.
They just introduced their product to one of our pediatricians and me. BUT…
I don’t believe this technique would be the same as testing the breastmilk
that is in the breast every ½ hour, as the alcohol leaves the milk and goes
back into the blood vessels and then gets processed thru the liver.
Evaporation will be slowed by refridgeration, and surely evaporation would
be slower than the transference between blood vessels.

“Someone just has to buy a few boxes of these things and test them out.

Mom can drink a glass of wine or a can of beer.

Probably should be a mom of "average" height/weight, normal BMI.

At the standard Tmax time for alcohol, pump 2 bottles of milk, at least one
ounce (30 ml) each.

Do test strips immediately, then place one bottle on the counter at room
temp and one in the refrigerator.

Repeat the test every 30 minutes for 5 alcohol half lives.

What do you think the test will show? Never know till you try.”
