Fellow Lactnetters,
        Had lunch with some colleagues today (thanks again, Lois!) and an
interesting idea was raised:  if all the LCs in town got together and
formed a business and could contract out LC services:  hospital, ped
practices, home visits, private--whatever.  ER docs and radiologists do
this...why not LCs?
        I thought the idea intriguing and said that I'd ask a few hundred
of my best friends for any input they might have!  Ever hear of this?
Anyone doing it?  Any suggestions or cautions?  How could we serve
Medicaid moms in hospital (and get paid!) on a contract basis?
