this is not a breastfeeding question so please forgive me & respond offpost.
i remember several posts regarding toddlers being supplemented with 10 - 15
mg. of zinc to aid in low appetite problems.can anyone tell me what a safe
range of supplementation would be for a very senior citizen - would 25 mg be
alright?
