Neomycin:
When used orally, the Neomycin has mainly a local GIT effect and is
poorly absorbed from the GIT, so its use in breastfeeding should pose no
problem at all, especially with only three doses being given

Phospho-Soda:
Once again, the effect is mainly a local one on the GIT and otherwise is
quite innocuous and thus safe to use while breastfeeding.
